Dolce & Gabbana seeks an experienced, multilingual Client Advisor to join its Barcelona boutique as a brand ambassador. The role encompasses delivering elevated customer experiences, driving product sales to international clientele, building lasting client relationships through clienteling tools and CRM systems, and maintaining store operational standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong product knowledge, mentor junior sales staff, and embody the brand's values with professionalism and sophistication.
Role & Responsibilities
- Tailor the client experience to elevate brand perception and create memorable interactions
- Identify and address international customers' needs through consultative selling
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools (Client Book, client ceremonies) and CRM systems
- Support sales staff performance through mentoring and guidance
- Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising guidelines
- Transmit company projects and values through effective product knowledge
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management activities
- Process cash operations and utilize point-of-sale systems as required
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and Russian
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail womenswear
- Proficiency in client ceremony protocols
- Mastery of effective sales techniques and store KPIs
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
