Dolce & Gabbana seeks an experienced Client Advisor for the kids department at Harrods in London. The role combines direct sales with mentoring responsibilities, requiring a proactive brand ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining store standards and building lasting client relationships through luxury retail expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Tailor the client experience to elevate brand impression and perception
- Support sales staff performance through mentoring and ensure smooth shop floor operations
- Identify and promote products aligned with international customers' needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships
- Maintain store standards in accordance with company guidelines
- Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge with passion and expertise
