Dolce & Gabbana seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its flagship 695 Madison boutique in New York. Permanent luxury retail leadership role overseeing store operations, staff, and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own all client data and analytics for North America region
- Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals
- Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus
- Supervise and follow-up on daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff
- Provide training and development opportunities for Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff
- Maintain working knowledge of all back-of-house operations
- Ensure all store manuals are current including Operations, P&P, Product Knowledge, Corporate & Store Phone Books, Marketing & Editorial
- Maintain all required logs including Alterations, Transfers, outside repairs, Consignments, and Safe Log
- Ensure P&P compliance of all Sales Audit tasks and requirements
- Identify future opportunities and risks within store operations
- Manage implementation and execution of all company initiatives within the store
- Assist in management of sales, shrink, controllable expenses including payroll
- Plan, implement, execute, and provide feedback on visual presentation and merchandising strategies
- Ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures including dress guidelines
- Assist Store Manager in recruiting, retention, supervision, training and development of store personnel
Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury retail management experience
- Rich experience and knowledge in luxury fashion
- Demonstrated responsibility and ownership of business results
- Team-oriented approach to management and collaboration
- Proactive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience
3+ years of professional experience in luxury retail management, with demonstrated success in supporting sales teams, managing store operations, and developing talent within a high-end fashion environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
