Dolce & Gabbana seeks an Assistant Store Manager at Bal Harbour Shops in Miami, FL to lead retail operations and drive sales growth in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own client data and analytics for the North American market
- Identify and implement strategies to achieve and exceed business goals
- Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer engagement
- Supervise and monitor daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff
- Conduct training and development programs for Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff
- Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of back-of-house operations
- Ensure all store manuals are current including Operations, Policies & Procedures, Product Knowledge, and Marketing materials
- Maintain all operational logs including alterations, transfers, repairs, consignments, and safe inventory
- Execute and ensure compliance with all Sales Audit tasks and requirements
- Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks within the store environment
- Manage implementation and execution of all company initiatives at store level
- Assist in management of sales, shrink, controllable expenses, and payroll
- Plan, implement, and provide feedback on visual merchandising strategies and execution
- Ensure strict compliance with Policies and Procedures including dress code guidelines
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, retention, and personnel development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury retail management experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the luxury fashion sector
- Proven ability to take ownership and demonstrate responsibility
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative approach
- Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and customer service standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of luxury retail management experience, with proven expertise in leading sales teams, driving revenue growth, and managing store operations in a high-end retail environment. Demonstrated success in training and developing retail personnel within luxury fashion or lifestyle sectors.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
