Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to ensure client satisfaction and drive sales performance
- Maximize productivity and profitability in compliance with company procedures
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Dolce & Gabbana values within the marketplace
- Drive sales performance and monitor monthly profitability to achieve overall budget objectives
- Prepare and analyze monthly boutique performance reports, track business trends, and assess competitor activity
- Analyze store KPIs and develop strategies to maintain performance standards
- Create and execute business action plans to enhance sales by product category and client tier
- Utilize top client strategy to retain and develop high-potential clients and achieve monthly targets
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions with sales staff, providing constructive feedback and performance reviews
- Coach and mentor Sales Managers to develop managerial competencies
- Identify training needs and develop action and development plans for all store employees
- Facilitate collaboration between the store and corporate departments to ensure compliance with all Dolce & Gabbana policies
- Motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver the highest level of service
- Apply CRM methods and procedures to support company CRM initiatives and develop client opportunities
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and retaining a high-performing team

- Proven experience as a manager in luxury retail
- Fluency in English
