Dolce & Gabbana seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Dallas, TX. Lead boutique operations, oversee Client Advisors, drive sales and profitability at NorthPark Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own client data and analytics for the North American region and identify implementation strategies to achieve and exceed business goals
- Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales performance and maintain customer focus
- Supervise and follow-up on daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff
- Train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff to maximize performance and retention
- Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of all back-of-house operations and procedures
- Ensure all store manuals are current, including Operations, Policies & Procedures, Product Knowledge, and Marketing materials
- Monitor and maintain current logs for alterations, transfers, outside repairs, consignments, and safe operations
- Ensure full compliance with all Sales Audit tasks and requirements
- Identify future opportunities and risks affecting store performance
- Manage implementation and execution of all company initiatives within the store
- Oversee sales, shrink, and controllable expenses with responsibility for payroll management
- Direct visual presentation strategies, including planning, execution, adjustments, and feedback
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures, including dress guidelines
- Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, retaining, supervising, training, and developing store personnel
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of luxury retail management experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the luxury sector
- Demonstrated responsibility and ownership in previous roles
- Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to lead and motivate staff
- Proactive attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in luxury retail management, with proven expertise in driving sales, managing teams, and implementing operational strategies within high-end boutique environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
