Role & Responsibilities
- Own and analyze client data and analytics for North America to identify strategic opportunities
- Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales performance and maintain customer engagement
- Supervise and evaluate daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers, and support personnel
- Train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers, and support staff to enhance team capability and customer service excellence
- Maintain current store operations manuals including Policies & Procedures, Product Knowledge, Marketing, and Editorial materials
- Maintain accurate logs for alterations, transfers, outside repairs, consignments, and safe procedures
- Execute and ensure compliance with all Sales Audit tasks and requirements
- Manage visual presentation strategy including planning, implementation, execution, and feedback
- Assist in recruitment, retention, supervision, training, and development of store personnel
- Monitor sales, shrink, and controllable expenses including payroll management
- Identify future opportunities and risks within the store environment
- Manage implementation and execution of all company-wide initiatives at the store level
- Ensure full compliance with store policies, procedures, and dress code guidelines
