Diptyque seeks Training Coordinator for 6-month internship in Paris. Design retail training modules, manage digital learning platforms, and coordinate global training initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop pedagogical training modules on Diptyque's sales experience across digital, in-person, and in-boutique formats
  • Update and maintain training content within the permanent course catalogue
  • Monitor module development and coordinate with external agencies on training delivery
  • Create training communications and manage content integration on the elearning platform
  • Track KPIs and analytics on the learning management system
  • Coordinate translation workflows and maintain regular communication with international markets
  • Monitor training program deployment across markets and compile performance reports
  • Support subsidiary teams in the adoption and management of backend learning systems
  • Organize logistical aspects of training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats
  • Prepare product samples and training materials for classroom activities
  • Provide in-session support during training activities and workshops
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on customer experience initiatives, client satisfaction programs, and best practices in retail training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school, IEP, or equivalent institution
  • Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or fragrance sectors strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in retail environments or hospitality settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Proficiency with digital tools and content management systems, particularly PowerPoint and learning management systems
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility for visual design and page layout
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles (andragogy) and instructional design best practices
