Diptyque Paris seeks a Trade Marketing Coordinator (internship, 6 months) to support international expansion across Export markets and Travel Retail channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational contact for Export markets, addressing daily requests and coordinating launch rollouts across Europe and the Middle East
- Coordinate and distribute operational marketing tools to support product launches and ensure consistent brand presentation across all channels
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of back-lit visual materials and digital assets across all retail touchpoints, ensuring brand compliance
- Maintain and update comprehensive tracking systems across all marketing functions, including training, influencer relations, and merchandising initiatives
- Monitor brand activity on partner e-retail and pure-play platforms, ensuring proper application of visual guidelines and digital assets
- Develop and manage product referencing sheets and maintain updated dashboards for online retail channels
- Prepare, coordinate, and oversee internal events (seminars, training sessions) from conception through execution
- Build online and offline visibility reports by product launch, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative metrics for internal circulation and presentation
- Contribute to presentation preparation and support update of analytical tools and dashboards
- Propose process improvements and operational enhancements to optimize existing practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a business school or equivalent university-level education (Bac+4/5)
- Demonstrated experience in marketing project management within the luxury sector
- Proficiency in French and English (written and oral)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills, versatility, and meticulous attention to detail
- Autonomy, interpersonal acumen, and proactive engagement
