Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee operational coordination of architectural projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, maintaining updated management tools to ensure reliable visibility of schedules and priorities
- Develop and maintain vendor order tracking systems while ensuring stock replenishment and monitoring deliveries, deadlines, and associated documentation in coordination with logistics teams
- Support supplier evaluation and identify cost optimization opportunities across the supply chain
- Monitor project expenditures and update budgetary control tools; track vendor invoicing through project closure and participate in expense analysis to identify optimization levers

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) in Business School, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience (internship or apprenticeship), ideally in a management role within a creative team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent productivity tools (mandatory requirement)
- Fluent English, both written and oral (mandatory requirement)
- Strong digital aptitude with hands-on experience in tracking tools and process automation
