Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in business performance monitoring and analysis across product portfolios and retail locations
- Translate analytical insights into concrete action plans for business development
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new dashboards and reporting systems to enhance activity tracking
- Conduct structured competitive and sectoral monitoring, tracking market news, financial results, and strategic developments of key competitors

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus four to five years of relevant training (business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree)
- Demonstrated first-hand experience in the luxury, beauty, or cosmetics sectors
- Proven background in quantitative analysis, strategy consulting, or financial analysis
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong data interpretation and business acumen with attention to detail
