Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional client service and luxury experiences consistent with Diptyque's brand positioning
  • Support CRM initiatives and client engagement targets to drive business results
  • Analyze store performance metrics and partner with Store Manager to identify improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly business reviews and financial reporting
  • Motivate and coach team members in the Store Manager's absence, providing hands-on leadership
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of retail staff
  • Facilitate daily briefings and communicate store goals and brand updates to the team
  • Foster a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous learning
  • Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and policy adherence
  • Support inventory management, product allocation, and stock optimization
  • Execute visual merchandising strategies and provide sell-through analysis
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned store environment
  • Embody Diptyque's luxury values in grooming, storytelling, and client interactions
  • Ensure team members reflect the brand's service standards and luxury positioning
  • Protect confidential company and client information

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or beauty retail
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and demonstrated business acumen
  • Proven ability to lead teams effectively and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Passion for fragrance, beauty, and luxury retail
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
