Store Manager position at Diptyque's new Stockholm boutique opening December 2026. Lead retail operations, manage team, drive sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial performance by analyzing sales metrics and implementing actionable business strategies to maximize revenue
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management and maintain regular communication with headquarters
  • Maintain and optimize client database through the CRM tool while developing and executing loyalty initiatives
  • Ensure brand image standards are upheld throughout the boutique, including exemplary customer service, visual merchandising, sales execution, and client relationship management
  • Oversee stock management, inventory processes, and daily administrative tasks including order tracking, deliveries, and supply coordination
  • Design and implement in-store animation plans aligned with the marketing calendar and client event schedule
  • Coordinate local marketing initiatives with headquarters support, adapting campaigns to Nordic market customs and local opportunities
  • Support team role definition and required profiles for boutique staffing
  • Lead team development through daily briefings, individual action plans, monthly reviews, training programs, and motivational task allocation
  • Manage staff scheduling to optimize coverage across business cycles
  • Maintain boutique facilities and ensure merchandising alignment with promotional activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a boutique or retail store
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a team with demonstrated commitment to staff development
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital point-of-sale systems
  • Artistic sensibility and ability to communicate about brand collaborations
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proactive orientation toward commercial problem-solving
