Role & Responsibilities

  • Champion boutique sales performance and lead the team to meet and exceed established sales goals
  • Analyze store metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and optimize inventory management
  • Actively engage with clients on the sales floor, demonstrating product knowledge and brand storytelling to set the tone for exceptional service
  • Lead team development through monthly coaching sessions, constructive feedback, and annual performance reviews with clear development goals
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while managing scheduling and staffing to support business needs
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with top clients and lead CRM initiatives for personalization and strategic clienteling
  • Organize local events and activations to drive traffic, brand awareness, and community engagement
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect Diptyque's aesthetic—elegant, curated, and sensorial
  • Monitor store expenses and budget with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular inventory audits, shrinkage monitoring, and merchandise flow oversight
  • Submit payroll and scheduling reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Regional Manager on strategic initiatives and action plans

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury or beauty sectors
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Passion for fragrance, beauty, and luxury retail
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously for 6–8 hours per shift
  • Capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10–25 pounds
  • Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
