Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot commercial activity through revenue optimization via performance analysis and action plan implementation; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management and headquarters
- Maintain comprehensive client database and execute customer loyalty initiatives leveraging the CRM system; serve as liaison between headquarters and store-level teams
- Ensure exemplary brand representation through service excellence, customer experience delivery, sales ceremonial, and client retention; oversee boutique maintenance, visual merchandising execution, and inventory management
- Manage daily administrative operations including order tracking, delivery coordination, and supply procurement; execute in-store event programming and client animations
- Lead team recruitment definition, role clarity, and talent identification; conduct daily team briefings, establish individual performance plans, and coordinate ongoing skill development through monthly reviews and training initiatives
- Manage staff scheduling and optimize workforce allocation according to sales cycles and seasonal demand; embody and enforce brand standards and exceptional service protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a boutique with demonstrated sales piloting capability
- Established track record in team management or team development with mentoring capability; passion for knowledge transfer and employee skill advancement
- Strong analytical mindset with initiative in developing performance reporting and commercial action plans to maximize boutique results
- Excellent organizational and adaptability skills; comfort testing pilot initiatives and reporting findings to Diptyque headquarters
- Ideally possess a local network enabling corporate sales opportunities and local partnerships aligned with the maison's universe and values
- Superior interpersonal skills fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and headquarters
- Demonstrated empathy and active listening ensuring exemplary customer service delivery
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken) with comfort serving international clientele; Dutch language proficiency is highly valued
