Diptyque seeks a Store Director for its new Printemps Haussmann location in Paris, leading dual beauty and women's spaces with team management and commercial responsibility.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across both corners through performance analysis and commercial action plans
  • Pilot overall performance of the two corners by developing commercial synergies between spaces
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to Retail Direction
  • Maintain client database integrity and implement loyalty actions via CRM system
  • Act as information relay between Retail Direction and headquarters teams
  • Uphold the Maison's image standards regarding customer service, experience, visual merchandising, sales ceremony, and client retention
  • Ensure consistent customer experience across both corners in line with brand excellence standards
  • Oversee the condition of sales floors and merchandising compliance
  • Supervise shared inventory management and coordinate replenishment and transfers between spaces
  • Handle daily administrative tasks and monitor orders, deliveries, and supplies
  • Develop close relationships with department store contacts to foster effective collaboration
  • Participate in recruiting staff and build an engaged team by defining roles and desired profiles
  • Unite a shared team across both corners by promoting cooperation, versatility, and cross-team synergies
  • Brief the team daily, establish individual action plans, and guide skill development
  • Support team development in collaboration with the France Trainer
  • Manage scheduling and optimize staffing according to commercial cycles
  • Model exemplary conduct and brand image alignment

Qualifications

  • Confirmed experience managing a boutique
  • Proven track record leading a team of approximately ten people as coach, pilot, and team leader
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, transfer expertise, and ensure team skill development
  • Experience managing multiple retail spaces (preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to propose and implement reporting and commercial initiatives
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities, work cross-functionally, and create synergies to achieve shared goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, team, headquarters, and external contacts
  • Strong empathy and active listening for exceptional customer service delivery
  • Excellent presentation skills and oral communication
  • Fluent in both English and French (oral and written) with ease engaging international clientele
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital retail tools
