Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver agreed sales KPIs focusing on sales volume, average transaction value, units per transaction, and conversion rates whilst motivating the team to achieve targets
- Support execution of product launches and in-store displays in accordance with marketing plans and visual merchandising guidelines
- Manage events including launch previews, customer events, makeovers and fragrance fittings
- Provide exemplary customer service, addressing consumer queries and complaints professionally whilst maintaining brand standards
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and represent Diptyque authentically across the counter
- Coach and develop team members, fostering continuous improvement in performance and customer engagement
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform commercial strategy
- Communicate commercial insights regarding host store and counter performance, making data-driven recommendations for business improvement
