Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store, creating genuine and meaningful connections that enhance their retail experience
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling recommendations tailored to individual client preferences and needs
- Drive sales across omnichannel and out-of-home-base selling strategies while educating clients on merchandise, events, promotions, and loyalty programs

Qualifications

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably with exposure to beauty, fragrance, or skincare categories. Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining high-value client relationships and achieving or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or retail management certification a plus.
