Diptyque seeks Sales Assistant at Harrods London. Full-time retail role focusing on luxury fragrance and beauty sales, customer service and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver agreed sales KPIs including sales, ATV, UPT, conversion and CRM metrics
- Approach and assist every customer to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and deliver impeccable service at all times
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, key trends, promotions and new launches
- Support implementation and maintenance of visual animations in-store, windows, seasonal campaigns and gift wrapping
- Record and monitor sales contacts, customer requirements and interactions
- Maintain back-of-house areas and ensure counter cleanliness and organisation
- Assist Counter Manager with additional duties as required
- Support in-store and off-site events as required
- Follow all host store cash handling guidelines and company policies
- Work across other London Diptyque locations as needed
- Maintain company dress code and grooming standards at all times
