Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide personalized experience to local and international clientele
- Present Diptyque's universe and products through distinctive sales rituals and brand-specific storytelling
- Develop and communicate comprehensive product knowledge including design, materials, and care instructions
- Contribute to boutique performance and sales targets through various commercial activities
- Maintain and optimize customer database and implement loyalty initiatives via CRM tools

- Participate in essential boutique operations including inventory management, restocking, storage optimization, and delivery receiving
