Diptyque seeks Retail Excellence Project Coordinator for one-year alternating program in Paris, starting January 2027. Support luxury retail operations and customer experience globally.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee performance monitoring and optimization of existing in-store services, enriching the service offering in alignment with brand strategy
- Coordinate the conception, pilot market launch, and global rollout of new boutique services, collecting field feedback and ensuring consistent implementation
- Support subsidiary markets in executing operational initiatives while maintaining brand-standard guidelines with local adaptations
- Manage retail team training programs, including trainer development and boutique staff education to ensure consistent service excellence
- Compile field team feedback to inform continuous improvement processes and operational enhancements
- Prepare and coordinate the 2027 customer evaluation campaign (Mystery Shopping), including questionnaire refinement and local market customizations
- Serve as the primary operational liaison with evaluation service providers and markets throughout campaign execution and monitoring
- Track and measure customer satisfaction across all channels—boutiques and customer service—in collaboration with external partners and regional teams
- Maintain performance documentation and reporting on customer experience and satisfaction metrics in coordination with the CRM team
- Organize and coordinate an internal incentive program recognizing high-performing boutiques, including store selection and award guidelines
- Manage global retail accessories deployment for sales teams, coordinating with suppliers and markets to optimize inventory and anticipate team requirements
- Organize and oversee monthly meetings between the Retail Excellence team and regional markets
- Monitor competitor initiatives and share emerging trends and competitive actions with the team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a commerce or university degree program
- First professional experience in retail, customer experience, or project management
- Demonstrated affinity for luxury brand values and Diptyque's aesthetic identity
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to work independently and across functional teams
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency in standard business software and digital tools
