Diptyque seeks an Analytics Intern for a 6-month reporting and client care analysis role in Paris, France, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse daily client care service data to ensure attainment of service-level agreements across Europe
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting matrices covering activity metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and individual advisor performance tracking
- Construct and update voice-of-customer reporting, including irritant and CSAT (customer satisfaction) analysis across European markets
- Analyse contact rates, return rates by country and product, and complaint ratios to identify service improvement opportunities
- Prepare and update monthly activity reporting for board and executive leadership, incorporating performance analytics and financial indicators
- Establish automated reporting on shared operational metrics including delivery quality, order preparation quality, return rates, and refund reasons
- Support European team workforce planning to maintain service levels across all customer contact channels
- Analyse financial indicators and individual/collective productivity metrics to inform management recommendations
- Identify performance deviations and provide data-driven insights for continuous service-level improvement
- Collaborate with logistics, e-commerce, and marketing teams to integrate cross-functional performance data
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Data analysis and data science fundamentals
- Experience with customer relationship management tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical mindset with aptitude for quantitative interpretation and data presentation
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Background in luxury industry (cosmetics, beauty, skincare, fragrance) or digital customer experience preferred

First or early-stage professional experience in luxury goods, beauty, fragrance, or digital customer relationship management is preferred but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5) in business, engineering, or equivalent university qualification with specialisation in data analysis or quantitative methods.
