Diptyque seeks a Regulatory Affairs Project Manager in Paris to ensure product compliance across European and UK markets. Full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain export registration files and ensure availability of regulatory documents within the dedicated database
- Coordinate with and supervise regulatory partners to ensure completeness and accuracy of registration dossiers
- Monitor product registration timelines with partners and clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Execute product notifications on European (CPNP) and British (SCPN) regulatory portals
- Oversee regulatory compliance throughout product reformulation projects
- Maintain regulatory compliance for cosmetic and luxury goods across all target markets
- Conduct regulatory monitoring and assess the impact of regulatory changes on the product portfolio
Qualifications
- Scientific background or relevant qualification
- 2+ years of experience in regulatory affairs
- Demonstrated success in international regulatory affairs
- Proficiency in European cosmetics regulations
- Knowledge of CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) regulations
- Fluency in French and English
