Diptyque Quality Project Manager position in Paris, France—manage quality operations and regulatory affairs for luxury perfume and beauty brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the execution of the house's quality policy across all operations
- Track and manage quality non-conformities operationally, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures
- Establish and monitor quality control processes for packaging materials and finished products
- Assess and report on supplier quality performance, including corrective action implementation
- Manage cosmetic safety and pharmacovigilance cases in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide operational support to the Regulatory Affairs function as needed
- Draft, revise, and deploy quality documentation and procedures to ensure system integrity
- Maintain accurate quality records and metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 4-5 years of higher education in engineering or equivalent discipline
- First professional experience in operational quality assurance within the cosmetics or beauty industry
- Knowledge of regulatory affairs and compliance frameworks (advantageous)
- Rigorous organizational mindset with strong prioritization abilities
- Agility and capacity to adapt to evolving operational requirements
