Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in creative strategy and conceptualization of new product launches and seasonal collections
- Conduct trend research and competitive intelligence across the décor and luxury lifestyle sectors
- Support the development of launch materials, activation collateral, and 360-degree campaign assets
- Oversee packaging decoration documentation under product manager supervision, including translations, layout approvals, brand guideline compliance, and aesthetic validation mock-ups
- Coordinate communications between internal and external stakeholders including designers, translators, agencies, and markets
- Assist product managers in preparing validation meetings, photoshoots, and internal events through prototype management and presentation preparation
- Analyze collection results and performance metrics for new launches
- Maintain price mapping and conduct ongoing competitive positioning surveillance
- Develop monthly sector analysis newsletter
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent university program
- First professional experience in product development within luxury sectors such as home décor, lifestyle, fragrance, beauty, skincare, or fashion
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in dynamic environments
- Significant product sensitivity and creative mindset
- Interest in artisanal craftsmanship, design, and heritage techniques
