Diptyque is recruiting a Product Development Assistant to support the Animations & Gifting team within Home Development Marketing, contributing to creative, analytical, and operational product development activities. This is a six-month internship starting in January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the team with press reviews, trend research, concept development for future launches, identifying artists for collaborations, and proposing art directions for visuals.
  • Analyze launch results.
  • Update competitive product collection and pricing maps.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns by creating a news newsletter.
  • Analyze specific topics according to current projects.
  • Track and manage the creation of pack decoration documents under the product managers’ responsibility, including aesthetic approval mock-ups, layouts aligned with brand guidelines, and translations.
  • Coordinate agencies and partners operationally, including graphic designers, translators, and communication with country teams.
  • Help prepare project and product approval meetings by managing mock-ups and required materials and contributing to presentations.

Qualifications

  • A Bac+4/5 degree from a business school or equivalent university education.
  • Ideally, experience in marketing in the luxury sector, in fashion and/or perfumery, in an international environment.
  • Commitment, autonomy, and proactivity, with the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Organization, versatility, rigor, and open-mindedness.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to bring people together and work as part of a team.
  • A developed aesthetic and semantic sensibility, the ability to readily propose new ideas, and strong curiosity about emerging trends and the evolution of brand universes.
  • Proficiency in Pack Office.
  • Written and spoken English proficiency.
