Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and production of packaging decoration documents, including translations, graphic charter adherence, and aesthetic mockup validation
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders including packaging development, regulatory affairs, graphic designers, translators, agencies, and market teams
- Prepare product and project validation meetings by managing mockups, providing testing materials for new olfactory developments, and assembling presentations
- Participate in creative strategy development for product launches, including concept, design, fragrance, and artist collaboration
- Contribute creative ideas and proposals through research on market trends, inspirations, and brand positioning
- Analyze internal portfolio performance and track launch performance metrics
- Monitor market trends and identify competitive innovations in the premium fragrance and skincare segments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a business school or university (Bac+4/5)
- Ideally, prior experience in luxury sectors such as cosmetics, beauty, skincare, fragrance, fashion, wines, or spirits
- Rigorous organizational and project management skills
- Developed aesthetic sense, creativity, and semantic understanding
- Strong attention to detail with a heightened sense of visual and conceptual refinement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent productivity tools
- Fluent English (written and oral)

Ideally one year or more of professional experience within the luxury sector, particularly in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, perfumery, fashion, wines and spirits.
Education
