Diptyque seeks a Product Development Assistant for its Paris headquarters to support the Animations & Gifting team in developing luxury home fragrance collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Animations & Gifting team on creative direction, emerging trends, future product launch concepts, artist collaborations, and artistic vision for visual campaigns
- Analyze launch performance metrics and competitive positioning through product and price mapping
- Develop and distribute competitive intelligence newsletters tracking competitor campaigns and market movements
- Conduct targeted analysis on specific subjects aligned with ongoing project priorities
- Oversee pack decoration document creation under product manager supervision, including aesthetic validation mockups, brand-compliant layouts, and translation coordination
- Liaise operationally with external agencies and partners including graphic designers, translators, and international country teams
- Prepare project and product validation meetings by managing mockups, assembling required materials, and contributing to presentation development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent from a business school or university
- Ideal background in luxury marketing, particularly fashion and/or perfumery sectors
- Proven experience in international marketing environments
- Strong aesthetic and semantic sensibility with capacity to generate creative ideas
- Keen interest in emerging trends and brand universe evolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent English (written and oral)
