Diptyque seeks Media Manager EMEA in Paris to lead omnichannel digital acquisition strategy across Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define omnichannel acquisition strategy for EMEA countries across all media channels (SEO, SMA, CTV, Retargeting, Display, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Spotify) through partner agencies
- Manage and optimize media budgets in close collaboration with ecommerce, retail, communication, CRM, media and data teams
- Brief partner agencies on all acquisition campaigns across channels, validate media plans, and coordinate implementation
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPV, CTR, ROAS), assess traffic quality, and optimize campaigns using test-and-learn methodologies
- Identify investment opportunities for awareness and conversion initiatives and propose rationalization actions
- Share learnings and best practices internally and externally with stakeholders
- Coordinate acquisition-related projects including first-party data activation and support regional scaling with new market openings
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in digital acquisition within an international context
- Background in luxury, beauty, or premium retail sectors preferred
- Expertise in digital acquisition channels, media platforms, and performance analysis tools
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills
- Familiarity with EMEA markets and demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity
- Collaborative, proactive, and inspirational leadership approach
- Fluent English (written, spoken, and reading comprehension)

5–7 years of digital acquisition experience in an international context, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or premium retail sectors.
Education
Upper secondary education in marketing, communication, or digital disciplines required.
