Diptyque is seeking a Marketing Executive to support Hong Kong and Macao marketing across digital, CRM, trade and retail, translating global strategies into localized activations and omnichannel campaigns. The role covers retail experiences, campaign deployment, e-commerce launches, performance analytics, procurement and agency coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Localize and execute client animations across boutique networks and counters to elevate brand prestige and drive store foot traffic.
  • Support end-to-end execution of promotional offers, generosity mechanics and shopping mall activations; create centralized reference guides for store teams and track promotional effectiveness across channels.
  • Evaluate client experience after events, capturing ROI takeaways and operational learnings to optimize future activations.
  • Coordinate CRM campaign outreach, including e-newsletters, targeted digital messaging and structured clienteling toolkits.
  • Adapt and roll out visual merchandising launch guidelines, ensuring clear counter-display instructions and communication of POSM allocations.
  • Prepare and localize paid digital media assets across channels and ensure seamless asset delivery.
  • Coordinate product launch timelines by preparing product descriptions and imagery for e-commerce rollouts.
  • Monitor weekly animation performance and contribute to monthly category reviews assessing product and channel growth.
  • Extract and analyze cross-channel CRM, e-commerce and digital platform data to monitor owned-platform performance metrics.
  • Track competitor activity, including local trade promotions, retail activations, new product launches, digital and social media campaigns, and pricing strategies, to develop actionable market insights.
  • Oversee marketing procurement, purchase orders, budget tracking logs and vendor invoice processing.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with back-office and store teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Liaise with external production agencies and suppliers on brief alignment, production schedules and high-quality material execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Experience
