Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Diptyque brand with professionalism and sophistication, consistently reflecting its elegant image and core values
- Provide personalized consultations and immersive brand experiences, actively engaging customers across the product portfolio
- Educate customers on Diptyque's fragrance, skincare, and home goods, articulating ingredient sourcing, brand heritage, and unique selling propositions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer interaction and strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain visual merchandising standards at the highest caliber, ensuring product displays align with brand guidelines and aesthetic standards
- Execute inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and rotating merchandise
