Diptyque Paris seeks International Public Relations Manager (M/F) for press relations, media strategy and international communications in luxury perfume sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee press communication tools for priority product launches in coordination with marketing briefs, copywriters, and design teams
- Establish strategic PR guidelines for each market launch and ensure consistent implementation across international territories
- Animate and coordinate direct markets and distributor partners on PR initiatives and campaigns
- Support regional markets with local press events and media relations activities
- Plan and coordinate international press trips and institutional events for the Maison
- Partner with the Events and Partnerships Manager to oversee logistics and ensure flawless execution of all PR projects
- Manage the French PR agency relationship and pilot the French market budget
- Handle official spokesperson requests from senior leadership and maintain trusted relationships with key brand partners including master perfumers and artists
- Establish performance indicators and pilot editorial metrics; consolidate press reviews and produce comprehensive reports and competitive analysis
- Manage and mentor an intern within the department
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of international press relations experience in the luxury sector
- Degree from a business school, communications program, or equivalent university degree (Bac+4/5 level)
- Excellent media knowledge and understanding of current trends across luxury and lifestyle sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with strong ability to build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with journalists, influencers, and key opinion leaders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines and multiple concurrent projects

Minimum 5 years of international press relations management experience within the luxury goods or premium lifestyle sector, including demonstrated expertise in coordinating media campaigns across multiple markets and managing high-profile brand partnerships and spokesperson relations.
Education
