Diptyque seeks an HRIS Project Manager in Paris, France to lead Workday transformation and HR digital initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee HRIS transformation and evolution projects from definition through production, collaborating with key stakeholders including business process outsourcers, functional teams, application management providers, and IT departments
- Develop and document comprehensive functional and technical specifications aligned with business requirements
- Anticipate, manage, and escalate risks, escalations, and governance issues throughout project lifecycles
- Coordinate system testing, user acceptance phases, and manage deployment activities including training, communications, and change management initiatives
- Cultivate strong vendor relationships with maintenance and support providers, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to service-level agreements
- Participate in the evolution of HR processes related to recruitment, performance management, time administration, compensation reviews, and employee experience
- Develop and maintain operational reporting and dashboards to support business needs
- Identify optimization and digitalization opportunities within existing HR processes
- Propose functional enhancements aligned with organizational growth and structural development objectives
- Ensure optimal system performance through centralized management of evolution and correction requests
- Monitor operational incidents and escalate malfunctions to IT or third-party maintenance providers
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system administrators, key users, and end-users
- Oversee role and access control management to ensure compliance and security
- Monitor service-level agreements, data quality, and HR process fluidity
- Conduct biweekly HRIS community workshops and share best practices across the organization
- Manage and mentor the HRIS Coordinator in day-to-day operational activities and professional development
- Execute functional monitoring of production modules and Workday suite innovations
- Share market intelligence and HRIS best practices with internal stakeholders
- Evaluate new functionality and assess business relevance for the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5–8 years of professional experience in HRIS administration and management
- In-depth knowledge of multiple modules within the Workday HR suite
- Demonstrated expertise in formalizing functional and technical specifications
- Proven ability to conduct and lead complex projects and cross-functional workshops
- Mentoring capability with strong pedagogical and leadership skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities

Skills
Experience
5–8 years of experience in HRIS administration and management, with in-depth knowledge of multiple modules within the Workday HR suite. Proven track record of successfully managing complex HRIS transformation projects, conducting functional requirements workshops, and leading cross-functional HR process improvements.
Education
Advanced degree (Master's level) in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
