Diptyque Brand Ambassador (Georgetown), Washington DC – Part-time retail position in luxury fragrance and beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and cultivate a warm, elevated boutique environment that reflects Diptyque's aesthetic and values
- Deliver personalized product recommendations rooted in comprehensive fragrance and skincare knowledge
- Support omni-channel selling efforts and actively promote the At-Your-Service program
- Build and maintain a strong client base through thoughtful personalized outreach and follow-up using digital tools
- Achieve individual and boutique sales goals while contributing to collective boutique performance
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, stock rotation, and daily operational excellence
- Execute opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies and standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or beauty sectors
- Demonstrated passion for fragrance, beauty, and authentic client connection
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by boutique operations
