Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic deployment of demand-driven, agile customer-centric supply chain planning including demand planning, supply planning, and retail distribution across all channels (e-commerce, retail, travel retail, and distributors)
- Supervise the Sales and Operations Planning process with demand planners, animating cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance to continuously improve forecast accuracy
- Oversee purchase and replenishment plans with Global Operations teams to deliver optimal stock coverage while maintaining high fulfillment rates and minimizing carbon footprint
- Monitor Americas inventory across warehouses and stores, optimizing stock levels and distribution efficiency
- Design logistics blueprint supporting brand growth by identifying and assessing optimal 3PL and transport partners
- Lead and manage relationships with 3PL providers to drive continuous service improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimization for inbound and outbound flows
- Manage and monitor annual logistics budget, reforecasting, and closing processes in collaboration with finance teams
- Develop annual budgets and lead carbon reduction and cost-effectiveness initiatives across logistics operations
- Improve IT solutions and Business Intelligence reporting to support decision-making and process efficiencies
- Manage, develop, empower, and retain a team of three direct reports and six total team members
- Establish seamless relationships with HQ teams and international stakeholders to support cohesive operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive operations and supply chain leadership experience at companies of scale with best-in-class operations
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end supply chain organizations from demand planning through logistics with measurable improvements in procurement metrics and cost efficiency
- Demonstrated experience scaling up supply chain operations on a regional or local level
- Proven ability to attract, develop, motivate, retain, and lead high-performing teams of professionals
- Experience implementing operational excellence and process improvement initiatives with quantifiable results
- Familiarity with sustainability and carbon reduction in supply chain operations
- Experience working in international environments with multiple markets and complex distribution networks

Experience
10+ years of progressive operations and supply chain leadership experience at scale, including end-to-end responsibility for demand planning through logistics execution. Track record of implementing operational excellence, process improvements, and technology enhancements that drive measurable cost savings and efficiency gains. Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple disciplines. Experience in international, multi-market environments with complex distribution networks and sustainability commitments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, business administration, or related discipline; MBA or advanced supply chain certification (APICS, CSCP) preferred.
