Diptyque seeks a Digital Projects Assistant in Paris to support e-commerce and digital platform initiatives across multiple international markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Accompany Diptyque teams in the international development of the brand across key markets including Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, France, and Europe
  • Gather requirements from business teams for bug fixes and implementation of new digital features
  • Coordinate and monitor developer work on new features, including validation of technical-functional specifications, unit tests, and non-regression testing
  • Participate in drafting support documentation such as user guides and operational manuals
  • Monitor post-launch performance of delivered features and services across different projects
  • Track and manage website issues, assess problem severity and priority against ongoing projects, and ensure proper escalation and resolution
  • Contribute to campaign execution and content deployment on the website
  • Communicate and coordinate with teams for content publication and site updates
  • Conduct digital benchmarking studies and maintain continuous market intelligence on industry trends and innovation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
  • First experience in technical project management or the luxury sector (cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or fragrance)
  • Strong understanding of international e-commerce platform requirements and operations
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and oral)
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Shopify, or Figma is considered a plus
