Diptyque seeks a Digital Media Assistant on a work-study contract in Paris to support global media campaigns across social media, display, and partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Media Manager in implementing digital media campaigns across priority markets in coordination with media agencies, including briefing, planning, and campaign setup across social media, programmatic display, YouTube, and media partnerships
- Deploy annual strategy and coordinate the launch of export campaigns across 20 countries in collaboration with media agencies and internal teams
- Manage campaign trackers that consolidate all local and global activations throughout the year
- Brief and coordinate the production of creative content and copy, monitor the production pipeline, and ensure compliance with platform guidelines and best practices
- Collect and analyze content requirements from market teams and conduct monthly performance reviews
- Monitor media and digital best practices, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
- Support data collection and consolidation of campaign results and prepare reporting deliverables
- Execute export campaign reviews and publication tracking
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed by team and market requirements
- Ensure brand image consistency across all channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or equivalent university education with specialization in media or digital marketing
- Advanced proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to evolving priorities
- Comfortable working in an international environment

Entry-level experience in digital media, marketing, or related field preferred; internship or academic project experience in media planning or digital campaigns acceptable.
Education
