Diptyque seeks Digital Performance Analyst Intern in Paris for 6-month internship managing data operations and business impact analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Centralize and prioritize data, SEO, and GEO requests from countries and internal teams, assessing scope, urgency, and expected business impact
- Qualify stakeholder needs and formalize tracking via ticketing systems, backlogs, status updates, and escalations in coordination with the team and manager
- Prepare and lead operational reviews with Data and SEO agencies, including agenda-setting, weekly check-ins, meeting notes, and next steps
- Produce weekly and monthly performance analyses across business, UX, and SEO metrics in coordination with the team
- Execute funnel and user journey analysis (Acquisition → Retention) to identify friction points and growth opportunities
- Build business cases and track ROI for digital initiatives including redesigns, new features, campaigns, and activations, measuring impact before and after deployment
- Contribute to ideation and prioritization of A/B tests by developing hypotheses, quantifying expected impact, estimating effort, and identifying data prerequisites
- Collect and consolidate pre-test data, brief design and development teams, and oversee test implementation
- Monitor active tests in real time, synthesize results, and communicate insights including learnings, recommendations, and business implications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in commerce, engineering, or equivalent university program
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) — mandatory requirement
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with capacity to produce weekly and monthly analyses, identify trends, explain variance, and structure actionable recommendations
- Attention to detail with focus on data accuracy, KPI consistency, and reporting reliability
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in managing request workflows and maintaining backlogs
- Demonstrated relationship-building and communication skills across international teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies
- Proactive mindset with ability to identify testing, optimization, and process simplification opportunities
- Digital and data curiosity with interest in SEO, UX, tracking, AI/GEO technologies, and market trends
- Demonstrated autonomy in executing analyses and deliverables within defined parameters, with good judgment in seeking support
- Strong team orientation with collaborative working style, openness to knowledge-sharing, and alignment on priorities
