Diptyque Digital Assistant, EMEA

Role & Responsibilities

• Update, enrich, and optimize e-commerce site content across EMEA markets, accounting for local market specificity
• Support Regional E-Commerce Managers in adapting and optimizing local marketing plans in coordination with global Digital Marketing and E-Merchandising teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of user experience by analyzing performance data and customer insights with global Web Performance and Data teams
• Drive and optimize product merchandising strategy aligned with marketing calendars and market-specific strategic priorities
• Coordinate launches of new product references and collections while ensuring appropriate local market adaptation
• Analyze and enhance internal search engine and navigation tool performance to optimize customer journey
• Monitor inventory levels with relevant teams and ensure product availability across the EMEA region
• Optimize traffic acquisition campaigns in partnership with EMEA Media team, integrating market-specific considerations
• Support deployment of customer loyalty initiatives with the EMEA CRM team, including newsletters, CRM campaigns, and tactical operations
• Localize promotional newsletters for different EMEA markets and create localized campaigns for market-specific peak periods
• Ensure consistency between newsletters and e-commerce site content
• Prepare weekly and monthly local performance reports
• Analyze business KPIs and product mix to define action plans aligned with local priorities
• Evaluate impact of 360-degree initiatives and propose continuous optimization recommendations
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to digital teams and E-Commerce Managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from business school or equivalent university program
• First professional experience in e-commerce sector (preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret and leverage numerical data for decision-making
• Excellent organizational skills with proactive approach and attention to detail
• Adaptability and agility in dynamic, evolving environments
• Genuine curiosity and interest in digital innovation with commitment to rapid skill development
• Excellent communication competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Education
