Diptyque internship: CSR Project Assistant (6 months, January 2027), Paris. Support sustainability strategy deployment and ESG reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the transparency and traceability platform, collaborating with dedicated agencies on publication calendars, data collection from partners, product configuration, and internal coordination with digital teams
- Develop and execute internal CSR communications, including content creation, operational management, team awareness initiatives, and editorial calendar management
- Support the internal CSR training and awareness program, including coordination of the Fresque du Climat climate workshop, animation of the internal facilitator community, and reporting
- Contribute to the development of the annual impact report, including liaison with specialized agencies, data collection, internal coordination, and critical review
- Monitor and support extra-financial reporting, including KPI definition or redefinition, internal data collection, analysis, and scorecard completion for internal communications
- Participate in all departmental projects including briefs, research development, presentations, co-construction workshops, and communication plans
- Create and maintain a monthly competitive and aspirational CSR monitoring report on ESG sector developments
- Conduct benchmarking of sectoral CSR practices to identify and propose innovative sustainability initiatives for the maison
- Participate in ecosystem events and conferences to champion best-practice CSR initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Political Sciences (Sciences Po/IEP), Business School, Engineering, or equivalent university qualification
- Documented knowledge of sustainable development topics
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability and ESG issues
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent written communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience
Candidates should have acquired knowledge of sustainable development themes and demonstrate a commitment to engaging within a CSR division. Prior internship experience in sustainability, CSR, or related field is valued but not mandatory.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Political Sciences (Sciences Po/IEP), Business School, Engineering, or equivalent university qualification with foundational knowledge of sustainable development and ESG principles.
