Role & Responsibilities
- Support the corporate communications team in orchestrating institutional communication strategy, including editorial calendar development and coordination on CSR, employer branding, brand culture, heritage, and Diptyque Foundation topics
- Monitor project timelines and maintain updated reference documents and resource files
- Consolidate and prepare communications reports and performance metrics
- Oversee creation and production of corporate communication tools including reference texts, website articles, activity reports, internal communication materials, and digital platform content publishing
- Coordinate international rollout and deployment of communication tools in collaboration with market teams
- Monitor, manage and enhance Diptyque's heritage archives and fund holdings
- Respond to internal and external research inquiries regarding the house's archives and historical materials
- Coordinate institutional partnerships and oversee operational logistics and gifting programs
- Support competitive benchmarking and research on creative and institutional subjects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (4–5 years) in commerce, communications, or equivalent university-level education
- Prior experience in luxury sector communications
- Experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or brand heritage departments
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong writing skills with demonstrated interest in brand culture and heritage topics
