Diptyque seeks Client Advisor for Vienna boutique. Part-time luxury retail role offering training, benefits, and permanent contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, authentic customer service consistent with brand standards
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through CRM management and in-store events
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and present offerings with confidence
- Maintain adherence to all brand and service protocols
- Cultivate awareness of emerging trends and local market dynamics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in beauty or fragrance sectors
- Exceptional sales and communication abilities
- Open personality with strong self-motivation and organizational skills
- Genuine passion for customer advisory and relationship building
- Fluency in German and English
