Diptyque seeks Client Advisor (part-time) for Breuninger Stuttgart counter. Luxury fragrance retail experience required. Bilingual German/English. Attractive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and authentic customer service in line with Diptyque's luxury positioning
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized consultation, CRM engagement, and participation in in-store events
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and present Diptyque's fragrance and home décor collections with confidence and artistry
- Uphold all brand and service standards consistently
- Identify and respond to local market trends and preferences to inform client engagement and product recommendations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally within beauty or fragrance
- Strong sales and communication capabilities
- Open, self-directed, and organized personality with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Genuine passion for client consultation and retention
- Fluent German and English language proficiency

Experience in premium or luxury retail is essential, with a preference for candidates with background in beauty or fragrance sectors.
Education
No specific educational qualification is mandated; however, comprehensive product training and onboarding will be provided, including placement training in Berlin.
