Diptyque seeks a Client Advisor for its new boutique in Düsseldorf, offering part-time or full-time employment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent, authentic customer service.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, including through CRM and in-store events.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and present products confidently.
  • Adhere to all brand and service standards.
  • Stay attuned to trends and the local environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally in beauty or fragrance.
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Open personality; self-reliant and organized.
  • Enjoyment of client consultation and relationship-building.
  • Very good German and English skills.
