Diptyque seeks a Client Advisor (part-time) for its KaDeWe Berlin counter to deliver luxury customer experiences in fragrance and home décor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, authentic customer service aligned with premium luxury standards
- Build and nurture customer relationships through CRM management and in-store event coordination
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and present the Diptyque universe with confidence and sophistication
- Uphold all brand standards and service protocols consistently
- Monitor local market trends and translate insights into relevant customer conversations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably beauty or fragrance
- Exceptional sales and communication abilities
- Strong proficiency in German and English
- Demonstrated passion for customer advisory and relationship building
- Self-directed, organized, and solution-oriented approach to work
