Diptyque seeks a Business Solutions Specialist for Retail and CRM in Paris, France. Lead omnichannel integration and customer-facing application strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure operational performance and availability of applications across the CRM, Retail, and Customer Engagement portfolio, guaranteeing service stability and quality
- Provide functional and applicative support on CRM topics and cross-functional issues spanning CRM, Retail, CEGID Y2, Clienteling, Data, and Digital systems
- Pilot resolution of major incidents and recurring technical issues; supervise critical interfaces, data flows, and integrations
- Collect, analyse, and challenge requirements from Retail, CRM, Marketing, and Clienteling teams; pilot application evolution and transformation projects
- Coordinate design, testing, user acceptance, and deployment phases for business and technology initiatives; contribute to continuous process and customer journey improvement
- Contribute to customer data quality, consistency, and reliability across retail, clienteling, and omnichannel touchpoints; supervise data exchange between CRM, Retail, and Digital platforms
- Support Customer Data Platform initiatives and customer data exploitation efforts; ensure solutions integrate seamlessly within the omnichannel ecosystem
- Contribute to application roadmap definition and monitoring for the Customer Facing domain; participate in solution selection and architecture decisions
- Oversee vendor, integrator, and software publisher management; maintain functional and technical documentation of high quality
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, Business with strong IT component, or equivalent
- Minimum three years of significant professional experience with CEGID Y2 or comparable international POS Retail environment
- Solid understanding of CRM processes, loyalty, relational marketing, and omnichannel strategies
- Experience with CRM platforms and/or Marketing Automation platforms; experience with Clienteling solutions preferred
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platform (CDP), customer data management, and integration challenges
- Strong comprehension of omnichannel flows, interactions, and integration mechanisms, particularly API-based solutions
- Professional experience in Retail, Luxury, Beauty, Fashion, or Hospitality sectors valued
- Fluent English proficiency (essential); French language skills beneficial
