Diptyque Paris seeks an experienced Business Solutions Specialist for HR & Finance applications. Lead technical excellence and enterprise system transformations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guarantee high availability, stability, and service levels (SLA) of Finance and HR platforms
- Provide expert-level functional and application support to end users and internal teams
- Lead resolution of major technical incidents, analyze interface error logs, and correct recurring workflow issues
- Supervise critical interfaces, data flows, and integrations across HR and Finance systems
- Gather and challenge business requirements from HR and Finance teams, translate them into detailed technical specifications and architecture decisions
- Coordinate technical design phases, unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment
- Pilot application enhancements and digital transformation initiatives
- Contribute to continuous process and tool improvement
- Develop and maintain operational integrity of critical flows and integrations
- Ensure quality and consistency of HR and Finance data
- Create and coordinate extraction reports from Finance and HR tools
- Supervise external vendors, software editors (Workday, Microsoft), and custom development partners
- Document and maintain technical architecture, data flow mappings, and functional documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration with strong IT component
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical management of HR and/or Finance solutions
- Strong expertise in Workday, particularly in integrations, interfaces, and reporting
- Solid understanding of HR and Finance business processes
- Experience with ERP and EPM environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
- Fluency in English (written, spoken, and read)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 7 years managing technical aspects of HR and Finance applications in enterprise environments, with demonstrated expertise in Workday implementation, integration, and support. Proven track record coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, software vendors, and technical teams across HR and Finance domains.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, university, or business school with substantial IT curriculum component.
