Role & Responsibilities
- Define annual and monthly sell-out objectives in collaboration with the Area Manager
- Monitor retail performance through KPIs, optimize stock levels and assortment across points of sale
- Conduct monthly sales analysis by operator and product category
- Maintain strong relationships with Travel Retail operators and store managers
- Contribute to recruitment, animation, and ongoing support of Beauty Consultants across the region
- Set monthly performance objectives per Beauty Consultant and per point of sale
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for Beauty Consultants in the field
- Analyze sales data and provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth and brand visibility
- Deliver comprehensive product training to Beauty Consultants and frontline staff
- Identify training gaps in collaboration with the Training Department
- Coach Beauty Consultants, retail staff, and brand promoters during in-store animations and events
- Organize and execute dedicated seminars and training sessions for Beauty Consultants
- Implement the annual animation and promotional calendar across the region
- Ensure strict compliance with Diptyque merchandising guidelines at all points of sale
- Train retail staff on merchandising policies and oversee compliance reporting
- Build and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with operators and store management
