Diptyque seeks a Brand and Product Training Project Manager in Paris to design and deliver global training programmes for luxury fragrance and beauty teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deploy annual brand and product training plans across international markets
- Conceive and supervise creation of blended learning modules for permanent catalogue (home fragrance, fragrance, skincare, decoration) and product launches
- Ensure alignment of training messaging with core brand values and key marketing communications
- Conduct onboarding training for new HQ staff, international trainers, Brand Managers, Area Managers, and market-based relay coordinators
- Evaluate training impact through key performance indicators and continuous feedback collection
- Animate and supervise Trainer-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions across various modules
- Facilitate seminars and contribute to development of client services requiring deep product expertise
- Build and structure retail onboarding programmes and trainer onboarding curricula
- Design learning and development pathways for team progression
- Review content across transparency platforms, e-commerce sites, customer experience projects, and visual merchandising initiatives
- Provide functional supervision of interns or apprentices assigned to content production and project coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within luxury fragrance or premium beauty sectors
- Background in instructional design and training facilitation
- Strong pedagogical aptitude and ability to communicate complex product knowledge clearly
- Excellent relational and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in French (working language at headquarters) and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a transformation context and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated curiosity about luxury products and brand heritage
