Role & Responsibilities

• Represent Diptyque professionally and enthusiastically, reflecting the brand’s image and values.
• Engage customers through personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience.
• Educate customers about Diptyque’s product range, ingredients, history and unique selling propositions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement, upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, displaying products attractively and in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking and organizing products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights and communicate them to management.
• Participate in special events, promotions and training sessions as required.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Perform other tasks assigned by a manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail, sales or customer service, preferably in beauty, fragrance or home goods.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
• Genuine passion for luxury products and understanding of the Diptyque brand aesthetic.
• Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays, as retail demands.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards reflecting the luxury nature of the brand.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
